The petitioner's invalidation proceeding is pending before the scrutiny committee which was directed to be decided expeditiously as per the directions of this Court.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the vigilance report was submitted in the first or second week of January 2024 to which the petitioner has responded and now the committee would decide it expeditiously.

In view of the submissions, we dispose of the petition by directing the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal within two weeks.
