On perusal of the First Information Report and other statements recorded by the police, we are convinced that there is no ground to proceed against Applicant Shivaji Nivrutti Budhwant. The First Information Report as well as further proceedings arising from Crime No. 147 of 2015 is quashed as against applicant only. In view of this, Criminal Application stands disposed of.
