This Civil Application is filed for permission for service upon respondent no.1-E by way of substituted service by paper publication of notice in daily newspaper "Punya Nagari". The applicants have stated reasons in the application for not able to effect service upon respondent no.1-E by regular mode. 2.

The reasons for substituted service are mentioned in the Civil Application, hence, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', 1/2

78-CA-1398-2023 which reads as under :

"(B) That, the applicants be permitted to effect the service of notice on respondent No.1-E by way of paper publication in a daily newspaper Punya Nagari, Beed Edition, Dist. Beed, and for that purpose issue necessary orders." 3.

Necessary compliance be made within a period of six week from today.
