The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee yesterday and seeks leave to challenge the said order. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the caste claim of the petitioner. No costs.
