This application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation which include injury certificate.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one lady in respect of the incident dated 27th September, 2014. The crime is registered for offence under section 452, 354 (B), 324, 323 etc. of I.P.C. and for offence under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. She has given her age as 17 years.

She has made allegations that the present Applicant picked up quarrel with her when she was grazing cattles on

-:(2):- common Dhura of the lands. She has made allegations that during quarrel present applicant misbehaved with her by touching her body. According to her she somehow escaped. It is her case that afterwards present applicant and his three associates again came to her and they assaulted her by using stick. She sustained simple injuries.

The applicant has been behind bars since 28th September, 2014. In view of the nature of material collected against him and the nature of dispute, this Court holds that it is not desirable to keep the applicants behind bars till the disposal of the case.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. and S.B. of Rs. 15,000/-.

He is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence.
