This is a petition by the mother of a minor girl seeking a writ of habeas corpus.

The learned APP, on written instructions, which he tenders across the bar, informs that the girl has been traced during the investigation of the crime at Pune. The petitioner's husband i.e. the father of the girl is also at Pune with the Investigating Officer. Since she is minor and since the parties are unanimous that the girl's father is very well present at Pune, we direct the Investigating Officer to hand over her custody to the father.

Petition is disposed of.
