Both the applications are for fixing the respective appeals for final hearing. However, currently appeals of the year 2002 are being taken up for final hearing and decision and the present appeals pertain to the year 2018. Relying of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Abdul Rehman Antulay v. R. S. Nayak 1992 AIR SCW 1872, learned counsel is seeking early hearing. However, no distinct reason being made out for out of turn hearing, except financial hardships, the matters to come up in its due course. 2.
