3] In the light of the above, we pass following order :- (i) The proposal of the petitioner which is pending before the State Government shall be considered for the academic year 2016-2017, keeping in view the prospective plan prepared by the State Government and the University.

(ii) Needless to observe that no further process fees is required to be paid by the petitioner.
