O R D E R

The claimants and the acquiring body have voluntarily arrived at the settlement and filed the compromise terms which are taken on record. The terms of the compromise are duly verified by the claimants and the acquiring body which are identified by their respective counsels.

Hence, both appeals stand disposed of in terms of the compromise.

3.

The decree be drawn up accordingly.

4.

Court fee refund certificate, if required be issued to the parties as per rules.

5.

The acquiring body shall deposit the award amount with

47.odt the learned Reference Court as agreed. Upon such deposit, the claimants are entitled to withdraw the same.

6.

Any undertaking or security if given by the claimants towards earlier withdrawal stands discharged. 7.

Since the parties have settled the dispute, nothing remains in the cross objection. The cross objections stands disposed of.
