Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application filed on 1st October, 2012, praying therein for condonation of break in service, is pending and the same will be considered and decided on its own merits,

1323.13WP as expeditiously as possible, within four weeks from today.

Needless to observe that the Respondent - Chief Executive Officer shall consider the grievance/request of the petitioner, as reflected in the application, keeping in view the averments made in the reply filed before this Court. The concerned authority shall also take into consideration the record maintained by the Zilla Parishad, and in particular, from the Health Department of the Zilla Parishad.

The said decision will be taken by the concerned Respondent, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 8 weeks from today.

The Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Rule made absolute in the above terms.
