Present application is filed in disposed of first appeal for withdrawal of the balance amount with accrued interest. 2.

First appeal is finally decided by the judgment dated 09th May, 2024 permitting the claimants to receive compensation of Rs. 1,69,664/-. By interim order dated 13th September, 2019 applicant was permitted to receive Rs. 1,40,000/-. The balance amount after deducting Rs. 1,40,000/- would come to Rs. 29,664/-, which is sought to be withdrawn. Applicant is entitled to receive the amount with accrued interest.

The civil application is allowed permitting the applicant to receive balance amount with accrued interest. The civil application is disposed of.
