By the present application, the applicant/Petitioner seeks permission to serve the respondent in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1787 of 2024, through paper publication.

It is contended that, vide order dated 22.11.20224, the petitioner tried to serve the respondent but, as per service report, the respondent was not found at the given address, which is known to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by publication of notice in daily newspaper "Dainik Deshdoot" Nashik edition.
