PER COURT:- 1.

The directions are sought to the effect that the Wakf Tribunal should decide the Suit filed by respondent no.1 expeditiously in time bound manner.

We are not aware about the pendency of the matters before the Wakf Tribunal. When the matters are filed, naturally the Court/Tribunal has to decide the same on its own merits and expeditiously.

The petitioner may make an application to the Wakf Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the Wakf Suit No.9/2017. As per the rozanama, the matter is already fixed for evidence. The Wakf

(2) 12-wp-2122-2020 Tribunal shall consider the application filed by the petitioner for expeditious disposal of the Suit on its own merits.

In case, thereafter also, if the Suit is not decided expeditiously, then the petitioner may approach this Court.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
