The learned Counsel submits that the approval has been granted to the appointment of the petitioner by the Education Ofcer under order dated 6th January, 2020. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner is to pay the salary. Mr Salgare, the learned Counsel for respondent No. 6 submits that the petitioner has submitted a proposal to the Education Ofcer to include the name of the petitioner in the Pavitra Portal. 3.
It appears that the said proposal is submitted on 27th January, 2020. Naturally, the Education Department will require
2 8-WP-1431-2019 some time to process it. The decision shall be taken by the respondents for inclusion the name of the petitioner in the Pavitra Portal within a period of eight weeks. 4.
Upon the name of the petitioner being included in the Pavitra Portal, respondent No. 6 shall submit the salary bills with the Education Ofcer within a period of three weeks from the inclusion of the name in the Pavitra Portal. Upon the receipt of the pay bill, the Education Ofcer shall process the same immediately.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, Civil Application also stands disposed of.
