Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that though this Court had passed specific order on 27.01.2021 to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of two weeks, he had not deposited the same and, now further instructions have been taken from him but the petitioner has shown his inability. Under such circumstance, when the petitioner is not showing his bona fides, which is also in tune of Rule 7 of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010, we dismiss the Public Interest Litigation.
