The petitioner has been before us being aggrieved by the decision of the Admission Regulating Authority/respondent No. 3 dated 22 October 2021, whereby his admission against reserved seat was not approved for his failure to submit certificate of validity.

The learned advocate Mr. Narwadkar for the respondent No. 3 tenders across the bar the subsequent communication dated 18 July 2023 along with annexure informing the respective universities about approval granted inter alia to petitioner's admission in the respondent No. 5 - college. The copy of the communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of.
