By way of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner assails the Recovery Certificate issued under Section 101 of Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, along with the garnishee order. 2.

Considering the prayers made in the petition, the present petition is not maintainable. The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Appellate Authority. 3.

In view of this, petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
