Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that his tribe claim is pending with respondent no.1 - scheduled tribe caste certificate scrutiny committee and the same is not decided yet. 3.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient that respondent no.1 decides on the tribe claim of petitioner, if not already decided, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this court. 4.

Petitioner to remain present before respondent no.1 - scheduled tribe caste certificate scrutiny committee on 27-12-2018

2 WP - 1033-2014 and shall abide by schedule of the committee and shall co-operate with it.

5.

Till disposal of tribe claim of petitioner by respondent no.1, no coercive action based on the impugned notice dated 23-01-2014 be taken.

6.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
