We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that the Talathi has taken over the possession of the vehicle illegally.

The learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy of Appeal.

In view of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.

In case, the Petitioner files an Appeal then, the Authority shall consider it expeditiously and preferably within one (01) month from the date of filing.
