The application is filed for condonation of delay of 435 days caused in filing appeal against judgment and order of Sessions case No.30 of 2012 which was pending before Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar Appellant is convicted for offence under section 376 I.P.C. and at present he is behind bars.

Notice is given to learned A.P.P. Both the sides are heard.
