Present Petition has been filed to give directions to respondent No.1 to decide the proposal dated 21st December 2023 regarding grant of tribe certificate to the petitioner. 2.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for both the respondents, makes a statement, on instructions, that the decision on the said proposal would be taken within four weeks.

In view of the said statement, the Petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 to decide the proposal in respect of issuance of tribe certificate to the petitioner within a period of FOUR WEEKS from today, on its own merits.
