A typographical error with regard to the amount mentioned in paragraph No.1 of the order in this Petition, dated 12/02/2024, shall stand corrected as "Rs.43,32,030/-" instead of Rs.33,42,030/-. As such, order dated 12/02/2024 be corrected accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded. On 12/02/2024, we had passed the following order :- "1.
The Deputy Commissioner (EGS), Aurangabad has already conveyed to the Additional Chief Secretary (EGS-8) and Planning Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai vide communication dated 13.06.2023, seeking release of funds of Rs.43,32,030/-. Copy of the said communication is placed on record in a compilation of 5 pages. The same is marked as 'X' for identification.
(2) Leave to add the Additional Chief Secretary (EGS-8), Planning Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, as Respondent No.3.

Issue notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents. 4.
List this Petition on 28.02.2024, in the urgent orders category."

It is obvious that the Additional Chief Secretary (EGS-8) and Planning Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai has to release funds of Rs.43,32,030/- in view of the communication dated 13/06/2023, addressed by the Deputy Commissioner (EGS), Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

In view of the above, we direct Respondent No.3/ Additional Chief Secretary, (EGS-8), Planning Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to release the amount of Rs.43,32,030/- within a period of 60 days.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
