DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- Mr.Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that subsequently departmental proceeding initiated against the petitioner is concluded on 3/8/2017 however, final decision has not yet been taken.

2] The petitioner assails order of suspension. As the Departmental Enquiry itself is concluded, naturally the decision will have to be taken by disciplinary authority within a short time now. 3] In view of the above, with the passage of time, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive for adjudication. Writ Petition as such is disposed of. No costs. In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Application stands disposed of.
