The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceeding is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since June 2015. Even vigilance is conducted. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent No. 2 and submits that, the Committee would decide the proceeding in accordance with law. 3.

Considering the fact that, the vigilance has been conducted, the respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the

2 wp 1229.18 validation proceedings expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
