Mr. Brahme, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this Court under order dated 03rd December, 2020 had directed the applicant/petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 30,00,000/- within a period of three weeks from the date of order and remaining amount of Rs. 32,20,908/- within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 30,00,000/- within the period stipulated by this Court, however, due to financial stringency could not deposit remaining amount of Rs.
2 ca 1710.21 32,20,908/- within stipulated period of four weeks thereafter. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks four weeks time to deposit amount of Rs. 32,20,908/-.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for the Municipal Council opposes the said request and submits that, applicant is bound to deposit the amount as directed by this Court. 4.
Considering the difficulties expressed by the applicant/petitioner and the bonafides shown by the applicant/petitioner by depositing earlier installment of amount as directed by this Court, we extend the period to deposit amount as directed by this Court for further period of four (04) weeks from the date of filing of civil application. 5.
In view of the above, the civil application stands disposed of.
