Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, Respondent No.4 is served by alternate mode of service and to that effect the affidavit of service is filed. Inspite of service, neither Respondent No.4 is present in person nor engaged any Advocate.

The petitioner has filed Civil application No.1051/2018 to implead Dr.Shripal S/o Mohan Sabnis as party Respondent No.5 in the Petition. Mr.A.S.

252.18WP Kale for Talekar and Associates submits that, he has instructions to appear for proposed respondent no.5. Hence the Civil Application No.1051/2018 is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective parties and the same stands disposed of.

The petitioner to add Dr. Shripal S/o Mohan Sabnis as party Respondent in Writ Petition. Advocate Mr. A.S. Kale for Talekar and Associates waives service for added respondent and prays two weeks time for filing reply. Time granted as prayed for. List the Petition on 15th February, 2018.

Meantime, it will be open for Respondent No.4 to file Reply.
