The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that this petition be permitted to be withdrawn with the request that the Appeal No.12/2016 which is preferred under Rule 13 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2

905.WP.1151.16.doc (Discipline and Appeal), 1964 may be expedited as the request for interim relief has been rejected by the competent authority. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondents does not oppose the request for expediting the hearing of the matter. 4.

The Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad has already posted the appeal to 24.02.2016. Mr. Irale Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would not only conduct the matter on the said date, but would also file written notes of arguments and the matter can therefore be decided within 30 days.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed of as having been withdrawn by the petitioner. Learned Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad is directed to decide the Appeal No. 12/2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 23rd March, 2016.
