PER COURT :- 1) This is an application, seeking review of the order passed by the Division Bench in CA No.2097/2003 in LPA St.No.1371/2003.

2) Heard. The Division Bench, dealing with the application, refused to condone the delay of 445 days occurred in presenting the LPA.

3) We have perused the order dated 19.3.2003 passed by the Division Bench. We do not notice any irregularity or illegality in the order, requiring this Court to cause interference, in exercise of powers conferred under review jurisdiction. The Civil Application for review is devoid of substance and the same stands rejected.
