It is submitted that the proceedings have been stayed vide order dated 23rd November, 2009. The learned Counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 also submits that the respondents would cooperate in the eventuality that the matter is fixed for hearing. Learned Counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that the matter be fixed in June for final hearing. 4.

The matter be tentatively fixed on 11th June, 2015 for hearing.
