The petitioners have already tendered an undertaking to this Court in Writ Petition No.8519/2015, assuring to vacate the premises within a period of six months from the date of the order. The period prescribed under the undertaking is to come to an end on 13th February 2016. In view of the assurance given by the petitioners as a precondition for avoiding eviction, the petitioners are not entitled to claim the reliefs as recorded in prayer clause of the instant petition. Writ Petition is devoid of substance. Hence, same stands rejected.
