The learned Advocate Shri. Kadethankar places on record a judgment delivered by this Court at the

903 to 905.odt Principal Seat, dated 19.01.2024 in Writ Petition No. 356/2022 filed by Sagar Satish Patil. The issue in the present Petitions is identical, pertaining to the recruitment to the posts of Judicial Magistrate First Class in the light of the Advertisement No. 270, dated 23.12.2021, published by MPSC. He submits that this Court has ruled that relaxation in the light of the Government Resolution dated 17.12.2021, would not be available for such candidates.

The learned Advocates for the respective Petitioners submit, on instructions, that though the Petitioners appeared in the exam under interim orders of this Court, they have failed in the oral exam and these Petitions can be disposed off.

In view of the above and even on merits, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
