There is no dispute that there is remedy available fore the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition so as to avail an appropriate remedy before the M.A.T.

The petition is dismissed as

1907.16wp withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to observe that, in case, there is prayer for condonation of delay in filing Original Application before the M.A.T., the Tribunal will consider pendency of this petition.
