Petitioner relies on the Government Resolution dated 06.06.2018 and contends that he is entitled to receive the benefits in terms of the aforesaid resolution. Learned counsel for respondents - Pat Sanstha seriously objects to the contention raised by petitioner and contends that the policy prescribed in the Government Resolution dated 06.06.2018 is not applicable to respondent - Pat Sanstha.

In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to petitioner to tender appropriate application to the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, pointing out the grievances.

If petitioner tenders application to the District Deputy

The District Deputy Registrar may consider the application and pass appropriate order, after extending an opportunity of hearing to respondents, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the application. 4.
In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of. It would be open for the petitioner to claim refund of the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited in this Court in observance of the order dated 14.02.2017, unconditionally.
