Having heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides, they are agreeable if the appeal preferred by the petitioners, pending before the Hon'

ble Minister/respondent No.2 herein, can be disposed off within a time frame. All the contesting parties are before this Court. khs/Mar.2022/5675

As such, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- [a] All the litigating parties shall appear before respondent No.2 on 07/04/2022 at 2.00 p.m.

[b] All the parties are at liberty to address respondent No.2 and also tender their written notes of submissions or case laws, if any, on the same day.

[c] The submissions of the litigating parties shall be concluded by the end of 08/04/2022.

[d] Respondent No.2 would then close the matter for delivering an order and such order shall be pronounced on 10/05/2020 at 3.00 p.m. [e] Copies of the order would be kept ready to be supplied to the litigating parties on payment of requisite fees, if any. 3.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner in WP No.2174/2020 / respondent No.5 in this petition, prays for taking up the said writ petition only for permitting the disposal of the petition in view of the above directions. Accordingly, the said petition stands disposed off.
