Present Petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 18th April 2016. 2.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, makes a statement that the said proposal is pending for decision. A written communication is produced on record wherein it is stated that it would be decided within two weeks.
