PER COURT :- 1.

This Court vide order dated 18th July, 2014 had allowed the applicants to withdraw the entire amount deposited on furnishing Bank Guarantee. The learned counsel submits that, in fact, there is an accrued interest on the said amount deposited as it was kept in fixed deposit.

We have heard Mr. Dande, learned counsel for the non applicant. 3.

Considering the fact that the amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing Bank Guarantee we allow the applicants to withdraw the accrued interest. The Bank Guarantee should cover the amount of the accrued interest also.

The civil application is disposed of.
