The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that considering the language issue and as the tribals from the tribal area are conversant with the local language, they are supposed to be given a posting under the Zilla Parishad in the PESA area. A representation has been made by the Petitioner dated 19.12.2023 in the light of the GR dated 23.07.2018. He prays for a decision. The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation would be considered and a response would be conveyed to the Petitioner within a period of 60 days.
