The petitioner has made statement in the Public Interest Litigation that the AICTE has already given permission to number of colleges from 2012 to 2017. As on date there is lack of admissions in the Pharmacy colleges and therefore number of seats is vacant every year and if such condition will continue, saturation of students like Engineering may occur and future of students might be horrible. It is important to point out that in industries under the name of recession, job cutting of employees is continued and therefore no more new jobs are available for fresh students. Therefore, it is important to make a proper master plan for opening of new pharmacy Degree and Diploma institutes to control present situation.

Upon perusal of the pleadings in the petition, we do not find material particulars to support the aforementioned statement made in the petition. The petitioner who claims to be public spirited, before filing such Public Interest Litigation ought to have done thorough research and should have furnished material particulars. 3.

In that view of the matter, in absence of material particulars, present Public Interest Litigation needs no consideration. Hence, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
