In view of the order passed by this Court on 24.09.2025, the learned AGP has submitted a letter dated 04.10.2025 issued by the SubDivisional Officer, Patoda, District Beed, stating that the amount of compensation has been disbursed to the petitioners. The said letter is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. The learned Advocate for the petitioners also confirms that the petitioners have received the said amount.
