Writ petition is pending since 2017 without any relief. Learned counsel refer to that regular civil appeal bearing no. 40 of 2016 itself is ready for hearing. It would be in the circumstances expedient that the regular civil appeal filed by present petitioners is proceeded with expeditiously.

As such, the appellate court to dispose of the regular civil appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of.
