1) The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is granted permission to run senior college on permanent non grant basis. However relying on the same Government Resolution another institution is given benefit of grant for starting the senior college.

2) We are not inclined to consider the merits and the contentions raised by the learned counsel for respective

Considering the above we pass the following order. 3) The respondent No. 1 shall consider the representation given by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, as per its policy considering all the relevant aspects expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.
