The Petitioner is challenging the common order dated 30.12.2015 passed by District Judge-3 in Misc. Civil Appeal No 95/2014 and 98/2014.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is arising out of R.C.S. No. 54/2014. However, now the suit itself has been compromised between the parties and is accordingly disposed of in terms of compromise before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Shirur Kasar. She places on record copy of order dated 27.07.2016, passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Shirur Kasar, below Exhibit 1 in R.C.S. No. 54/2014, same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Bhagyawant Punde
