By way of this application, applicants seeks leave to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Petitioner no.2 Popat Savla Kothimbire, respondent no.5 Sitaram Kisan Kothimbire and respondent no.6-Ayub Maheboob Pathan. Death certificates of the respective parties are filed on record. 3.

The contents of civil application are not controverted inspite of service of notice. Consequently, the case is made out to grant the application. Hence, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause A and B. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
