The learned counsel for the applicant tendered on record the letter dtd.05.09.2022 along with the death certificate of present respondent Baburao Dattoba Jagtap, who died on 27.11.2015. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. 2.

It appears from the aforesaid letter that the present applicant Santosh Harischandra Bhalerao is working as Secretary of the Trust known as Mahatma Phule Sikshan Prasarak Sanstha and he is also authorized to represent the Trust. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '
