Learned advocates for the parties in the two writ petitions state that the matters have been amicably settled among the parties pursuant to the terms as are enumerated in terms of

{2} wp2260-15 compromise, which have been tendered across.

Learned advocates further state that the terms of compromise are lawful, not against any public policy and are not forbidden by any law. Learned advocates further state that terms of compromise have been verified and the parties were identified by their respective advocates before the oath taking ofÏcer. The parties are present before this court and they are identified by their respective advocates. It is further stated that terms of compromise have been explained to the parties and the parties have understood the same. The parties do not have any objection to the same and they have accepted the terms with their free will.

The terms of compromise are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of aforesaid, both the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of compromise.
