The S.D.O. having instructed Shri Patil, learned AGP to make this statement, would mean that the revenue authorities acknowledge that the land indeed is a forest land. In such circumstances, we do not see how the Additional Collector, Ahmednagar can retain the Appeal on his file. 2] He should dispose of R.T.S.Appeal No.105/2014 as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four weeks from today. He should hear and dispose of the Appeal after advance notice to the 5th respondent-appellant. He may also allow the
