The issue is regarding applicability of pension scheme. It is being pointed out that respondent No.2 Registrar of the Agricultural University vide communication dated

*2* 935a938wp1403o25 06.02.2024 (exhibit H) addressed to respondent No.1 has submitted an elaborate proposal together with the dates when individual employees were appointed.

We dispose of the Writ Petitions directing respondent No.1 to consider the petitioners' proposal at exhibit H of each individual mentioned therein on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within twelve weeks.
