The applicant is original claimant No.5 in MACP No.727 of 2022. The Tribunal passed an award in favour of claimants that has been assailed by the Insurance Company before this Court.

On application of claimants, this Court permitted withdrawal of 75% amount as deposited by Insurance Company.

Learned Advocate appearing for applicant submits that the applicant No.5 married on 08.12.2022 with Mr. Ajay Chatri, now her Aadhaar Card and bank record depicts her

40-ca-1899-2025 name after marriage. Therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw amount as per her name after the marriage. 4.

Civil Application is filed alongwith copy of Aadhaar Card, Pan Card and marriage card which supports her contention.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.
