The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the proposal of the Petitioner seeking deemed date as Extension Officer, would be forwarded to the Divisional Commissioner, within 30 days. The learned AGP submits that the Divisional Commissioner would deal with the said proposal and take a decision within 45 days.
