Perusal of the application shows that the applicants have satisfactorily explained the reason for non bringing LRs of deceased on record within time. This Court find no malafiedes on the part of the applicants in not bringing the LRs on record within stipulated period. No prejudice will cause to the other side if the application is allowed.
